Hayley Orrantia, the American performer, songwriter and actress. People are familiar with her because of her role in the role of Erica Goldberg on the popular comedy television series "The Goldbergs.' She considers herself to be an artist first and foremost. She says that music has always been her first love. At the age of 12 her music began to take on a serious nature and she started training professionally. After experimenting with writing songs, she recorded the album with music covers when she was 14. From then on, she has not ever looked back. Orrantia was raised in the USA and yet she is of Hispanic roots. She's proud of the existence of Hispanic roots, although she was raised in English exclusively and has never lived in Mexico. She strives to preserve it by learning to speak Spanish and writing songs in the language. One of her attempts was a Spanish song titled 'Hasta Verte..' Orrantia participated in The X Factor season 1's auditions throughout the summer of 2011. Orrantia auditioned, and was picked through YouTube videos and got four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle during live audition phase. She originally auditioned solo, but during the "Hollywood week" she was placed with three other female vocalists in a trio for the remainder of the auditions. The group was eliminated at the fifth week during the live show.
